Burnley have had two bids rejected already for the 21 year old and Hearts are reportedly looking for upwards of £3.5 million for the left sided midfielder.
Laws said: “It’s dead, they’re being stubborn – it’s too many things I feel uncomfortable with.
“We are not going to throw all the money we have away and the Driver situation was getting out of hand.”
