Aliev has signed a three-year contract with Dynamo Kiev and joins the club for an undisclosed fee.
The 26-year-old will link up with former Lokomotiv Moscow boss Yuri Semin at Kiev.
“Of course I am very pleased. While I was in Moscow I planned to join Yuri Semin’s team. I always believed in a positive outcome,” Aliev told Russian newspaper Sport-Express.
