The 20-year-old defender has been linked with several of Europe’s biggest clubs and a clause in his contract would allow him to leave Palermo for just £10million.
“His release clause is still there but we don’t consider him up for sale,” said Sabatini.
“We won’t accept any offer from an Italian club. If the player wants to go abroad then we cannot stop him.”
