France Football claims PSG have been impressed by Valdez’s performances for Paraguay at the 2010 World Cup.
The 26-year-old is expected to leave Borussia Dortmund this summer and is among PSG coach Antoine Kombouare’s main targets.
Dortmund have reportedly put a €6million price tag on the forward.
