The signing of Javier Pastore last week means PSG have spent more this summer than any other team in Europe.
Leonardo, the new director of football, said: “Theoretically our recruitment is over. But the market is still open and propositions arrive and opportunities present themselves. If a player leaves then we are almost obliged to sign a replacement.
“Also, if there’s a bit of good business to be done on an economic level then we will try to go for it as we are thinking of the future, not just for this season. That is why we have signed young players. Most of the new players are either 22, like Pastore, or 26, like Momo Sissoko.”
