Jelavic has scored 12 league goals from 18 appearances for Rangers since joining the club from Rapid Vienna last summer.
“At the moment I’m not thinking about England, but I cannot hide the fact that my big wish is to one day play in the Premier League,” he told 24sata.
“Football is almost the same anywhere and I believe that I would adapt quickly.
“But of course I wouldn’t go to just any club. I’d only sign for one of the best Premier League clubs.”
