There have been negotiations with Ringstad in recent weeks and it is likely that the 17-year-old will sign a contract next week.
Ringstad said: “It is true that we are close to a deal, but I am still a Eidsvold Turn player and have not signed anything.”
The talented midfielder have already turned down offers from Start and Swedish side Helsingborg.
