The 28-year-old Norwegian defender has impressed in Dutch football this season.
He told skysports.com: “I am having a good season on a personal side and the team is improving game by game.
“My future? The best league is the English league, even the championship has got bigger and bigger every year.
“To play in England is the dream of any good footballer. I am a good player and physically very strong and very athletic so that is why I love English football.
“I am aware of Championships clubs looking at me and if Roda get what they want I think they will release me to fulfil my dream of playing in England.”
