Low’s contract expires after the World Cup finals in South Africa this summer.
Talks over a new deal for Low broke down last month, but further talks will be held after the World Cup.
“The signals are clear,” Sammer told DSF television.
“They are clear both from him and from us within the association, so I expect him to carry on.”
