Schalke are keen to bring in the 24-year-old in order to add somre more creativity to their squad.
“I think that Ciprian Deac could be our next transfer,” Schalke coach Felix Magath was quoted as saying on the club’s official website.
“We are in advanced talks with him and I expect the deal to be completed one of these days.
“Deac currently plays as a left or right midfielder at Cluj, but he has the qualities to act as a playmaker as well.”
