Norwegian website Nettavisen revealed on Wednesday that the 34 year old striker had put his house up for sale and considered moving back to Sweden after this season.
But now it seems Stabaek wants to keep the highly rated striker.
“We want to start negotiations over a new deal to keep him at the club. Daniel knows that”, Sports director at Stabaek, Lars Bohinen, told Budstikka.no.
