The 27-year-old is available on a free transfer after leaving Swiss Super League side Neuchatel Xamax.
“I’ve always dreamed of playing in the English league or Scottish league because I think British football is one of the best football in the world,” Bah told Sky Sports.
“I think I have the qualities to adapt to their style of play.
“I’d be very happy to wear the jersey of a team of one of the two leagues.”
