The Sunday Mirror says Harper believes Sidwell will become a Chelsea legend.
Harper said: “Chelsea have got a great signing, Siddy is everything you want in a modern midfielder.
“The Chelsea team may be full of international stars like Ballack but once Siddy has got his hands on the shirt he will keep it and not let it go.”
