The 27-year-old rescinded his contract with Inter on April 24 and claimed he would take a sabbatical from football.
The Brazilian then signed a one-year contract with Flamengo on May 6.
“I was very tense, but my grandmother was even more so. For this reason I would like to dedicate my goal to her,” Adriano said.
