The 21-year-old forward has long been linked with a move away from Fiorentina, after impressing for the club since joining in 2008 for around £7million.
Fiorentina’s formner coach and advisor Roberto Galbiati has revealed that both Chelsea and arsenal are interested in the forward. Galbiati has revealed that the Gunners failed with a bid for the forward.
“It’s not only Chelsea who want Jovetic, but Arsenal also,” he told TV station Italia 7.
“Arsenal, on the last day of the summer transfer market, submitted a bid to Fiorentina but the club refused.”
