Cassano, who joined AC Milan from Sampdoria in January, has recently been linked with a move away from the club.
Bozzo told Sky Sport24: “Antonio will stay with Milan. He is very happy and there are no reasons why he would want to leave.”
Cassano’s current contract with AC Milan is set to expire in the summer of 2014.
