The new deal will keep Guidolin at the Stadio Tardini until June 30, 2011.
“To those who claim they do not see a plan behind our transfer policy, I tell them that we have signed director of sport Pietro Leonardi and new medical co-ordinator Professor Petrucci,” said Parma president Tommaso Ghirardi.
“We have also reached an agreement to renew Guidolin’s contract until 2011.”
