Mourinho could get axed if they fail to beat Manchester United in the Champions League on Wednesday.
The Special One was brought to the club to deliver the Champions League crown this season, after replacing Roberto Mancini who had landed three consecutive Serie A titles.
Mourinho has been linked with the Real Madrid job, along with Rafael Benitez and Arsene Wenger.
