The Mirror reports that Palacios will discover in the next 48 hours if he will join Napoli in a £7million deal.
Palacios is keen on leaving Spurs after falling out of favour at White Hart Lane.
Palacios said: “The next few days will be key for my future. There are advanced negotiations but I will await news from London.”
