The 21-year-old has recently been linked with a £7million move to Premier League champions Chelsea.
“I can say 100% that I have not heard anything from Chelsea, to me that is just speculation,” Hughton told The Chronicle.
“We’ve got no intention of seeing Andy Carroll leave Newcastle United.
“The reasons for that are he has the right profile, he’s a young player and he’s got a big future here with us.”
