The Spaniard was sacked after just six weeks as manager for the Russian club.
Ramos was sacked on Monday following the 3-1 defeat at the hands of rivals FK Moscow at the weekend.
A statement on the club’s official website said: “As of today the contract of Juande Ramos was terminated by mutual consent.”
