Miguel Angel Lopez said England is trying to influence the voters by alleging collusion among its rivals.
Lopez said “What a coincidence that all of this comes out of England.” He went on to allege that England had done a deal with the United States in breach of FIFA regulations, following David Dein’s prediction that the US would pull out of the 2018 bid to concentrate on 2022.
