Oleh Orekhov, a Ukrainian referee, is appealing against a lifetime ban which will be heard on December 15. UEFA issued this ban for a “breach of the principles of loyalty and integrity,” but it did not specify which matches he was supposed to have fixed.
Goalkeeper Norbert Meszaros and defender Vukasin Poleksic from Hungarian club Debrecen are also appealing against punishments handed down for similar offences.
UEFA banned Meszaros for two years and Poleksic for 18 months.
