Finnish defender Hannu Tihinen scored the only goal of the game and Challandes admits his side were lucky at times.
“To win in Milan creates a little bit of history for us,” Challandes said.
“We are a small team and we have beaten Milan at home, this is important. It also helps us for the next game as it gives us a chance [to qualify].
“We were lucky at times, especially in the second half but you can’t take anything away from the team tonight.”
