Barcelona keeper satisfied with performance against Rubin Kazan

The Spanish giants will face Inter next before having their last game away to Dynamo Kiev in the Champions League.

“The temperature made it very difficult to play. The cold was intense, but our doctors have done a good job. The cold is no excuse though,” Valdes declared.

“They [Rubin] are a very good team. We had our chances, but could not score. I am satisfied with my work and for the whole team.”

He added: “The group is very tight. There are two games left that will be closely contested by everyone.”
