The 22 year old Uruguayan has only been at the Nou Camp for a season but could be on his way to Italy.
Jean-Claude Blanc, Juventus’s administrator, is looking into the possibility of a loan deal for the defender.
“We are evaluating the possibility to acquire defender Martin Caceres on loan from Barcelona,” Blanc told Corriere dello Sport.
“He is a great player, young, strong and determined. He would be useful to complete our roster.”
