The Spanish giants have agreed a €14million fee for the 20-year-old.
Keirrison is set to have a medical on Friday and his fee could rise to €16million depending on first-team appearances.
“I’m really happy to be joining Barcelona,” Keirrison told Sport.es. “I’d be happy going out on loan as it would help me get to know European football better.
“I have no problems with this. I accept that there’s room for me to improve on my arrival.”
