West Ham, Arsenal, Liverpool, Tottenham and Chelsea are all reportedly tracking the young midfielder.
But Tabanou is ready to sign a new three-and-a-half-year deal with Toulouse.
“There is not much to do, I am flattered by interest from Premier League, but to be honest I am still young and I will sign till 2013,” Tabanou told Sky Sports.
“Toulouse will give me a chance to perform at the top level and to learn more before one day I move to a bigger league with a top club.
“It is a dream to play for a top club for any footballer.”
