The 19-year-old was a member of the Chelsea youth side that have reached the FA Youth Cup final two season ago.
Daggers boss John Still said: “We have seen Nana play and feel he will be a great addition to the squad, especially with the very hard programme of matches we face this month.”
Ofori-Twumasi will spend a month on loan with the Daggers.
