The England international will be offered a new long-term contract with the Hammers next summer.
“He’s an integral part of our team and, next summer, we’ll sit down and offer him a new long-term contract,” said Sullivan.
“I saw Robert on Sunday and he’s very relaxed about the coming season.”
Green still has two years left of his current contract with the Hammers.
