Grant has been handed the ban for comments he made to the media following an FA Cup clash with Stoke last month.
Grant was unhappy with the performance of referee Mike Jones following the 2-1 defeat at the Britannia Stadium.
Grant will not be in the dugout for the Hammers’ clashes with Bolton on Saturday and against Aston Villa on 16th April.
