Carroll has recently been linked with a return to the club that he left to join Liverpool in a £35million deal just 12 months ago.
But Carroll’s agent insists that there is ‘no truth’ in the newspaper reports linking the striker with a return to the Magpies.
Mark Curtis told BBC Sport: “[Andy Carroll] is happy at Liverpool.”
The 23-year-old has scored just six goals in 31 games in all competitions for Liverpool since joining the club.
