QPR have joined Liverpool, Chelsea and Tottenham in the race to sign the young midfielder.
Wigan turned down a £4million bid for Moses from Chelsea last week.
The Latics are looking for at least £8million for the 21-year-old midfielder.
“I don’t know for now (whether I will move), but there’s a link for me to Liverpool, Chelsea and some other clubs in England,” Moses is quoted as saying.
“If the offer is cool, why not, I will move.”
