Reports in Italian media says the Viola have agreed a contract for a player but are yet to reveal his name.
Brovarone said: “As a transfer market expert I would point at Daniel Agger since he is a big player with international experience.
“I believe it would be possible to see him in Florence, because what I heard is that his agents are no longer negotiating with Liverpool. Still this is only my impression.”
