Bentley has failed to make an impact at White Hart Lane since joining Spurs in a £16million deal two years ago.
The 25-year-old has reportedly fallen out with manager Harry Redknapp and would be interested in a move away from the club.
Bentley himself said recently: “I’m at Tottenham at the minute, but let’s see what happens.”
Spurs are reportedly ready to sell Bentley for around £8million this summer.
