Jon Miquel Toral has signed for Arsenal as a youngster, and as a midfielder moving from the Catalans the comparisons with Fabregas are inevitable.
Barcelona’s President Sandro Rossell said: “We don’t like it when other clubs come with offers of money just before the (player’s) 16th birthday. It’s legal but a little immoral.”
