The Blues are ten points behind Manchester United after several disappointing results in recent months.
“In football anything is possible. Nevertheless they have 10 points more than us, but you have to believe,” he told Sky Sports News.
“You have to keep winning games and maybe they’ll have a poor run of form. It doesn’t look like they will, but you never know.
“If they drop points or whether Liverpool drop points we need to make sure we get our three in every game and put them under pressure.”
