He said: “We have a very good personal relationship. At times our jobs meet because it doesn’t make sense that Arnesen was taken on to put in place a worldwide talent scouting system and I, as manager, do not take advantage of that for the first team. We have, here and there, our differences, but each of us do our jobs separately.
“Arnesen is not a ‘yes man’. He has his own opinion. He can agree or disagree.”
