The Blues have been struggling with injuries to key players such as John Terry, Michael Essien and Frank Lampard this season.
“We don’t have long-term injuries,” said Ancelotti.
“We don’t need to have other players in January. We have to look at the situation of Alex and Terry and Lampard.
“If all the players don’t show problems we don’t need new players in January.”
Ancelotti insists it was not a mistake to let Ricardo Carvalho leave for Real Madrid in the summer.
“It was Carvalho’s desire to go,” added Ancelotti. “We don’t want to keep players who are not happy to stay here. There was an opportunity for him to play for Real Madrid. We have three fantastic centre-backs.
“(Jeffrey) Bruma is young, he played a good game against Zilina. Three experienced centre-backs is enough.”
