The 27-year-old winger have signed a four-year contract with Chelsea.
Malouda will join up with Chelsea’s pre-season tour in Los Angeles on Tuesday and may play in the first game against Mexican side Club America on Saturday at Stanford University.
Liverpool was also linked with a move for the Frenchman.
