Reports in newspaper’s on Monday suggested Ancelotti was ready to quit the Blues after becoming disillusioned.
Ancelotti is unhappy with the club’s sacking of Ray Wilkins.
The club told Sky Sports News: “He is contracted until 2012 and speculation about his future is total nonsense.”
