Sullivan has reportedly asked Cole to ‘name his price’ to rejoin the Hammers.
Cole is out of contract this summer and has also been strongly linked with a move to Manchester United.
“We’ve asked Joe to name a price but he said no,” said Sullivan in an recent interview with The Daily Mail.
