The Sun reports that the 32-year-old striker has rejected offers from Tottenham, AC Milan and three American clubs.
Anelka will instead treble his wages by moving to the Chinese Super League club on a two-year contract worth £200,000-a-week.
Anelka is currently training with the Chelsea reserves after handing in a transfer request.
