Chelsea winger ready for Arsenal test

Malouda has backed his team-mate Didier Drogba to repeat his previous performances against the Gunners.

“We all know what Didier has done against Arsenal in the past and we believe he can do it again,” said the Frenchman in the Daily Mirror.

“Arsenal also are well aware and that will be a factor, especially if we can ensure Didier gets the right service.

“But at the same time it is down to us to make sure we impose ourselves on the game from the start.

“Everybody knows about Arsenal’s passing game. They have quality.

“We have seen many times teams coming here trying to close the game down but I think that Arsenal have always played the same way.

“They use their passing game and technical quality against everyone.”
