Drogba told the Daily Express: “The goals I might score in the future could be more important than what I have already done this season.
“But the goal on Wednesday could end up being very important for us.
“The record is not what I was thinking about when I scored. I was just happy that we came back from 1-0 down. We could have made things a lot easier for ourselves.
“We have this fighting spirit and belief that we can score goals and win games away. It is going to be difficult, but it will be even harder because we play Tottenham on Saturday.”
