The four Premier League clubs watched the 19-year-old in action for Norway’s under-21 team against Hungary’s under-21 team last Friday.
Pedersen scored both goals in a game Norway won 2-1.
Pedersen told Hamar Arbeiderblad: “I knew there were clubs watching, but not which.”
