The French club is keen to offload the 30-year-old in January either on a loan deal or permanent transfer, according to The Mirror.
The Hammers are currently struggling with injuries and could be interested in bringing in Kezman on the cheap.
Kezman said: “I still feel I have something to offer. My stay at Chelsea was not always positive but I believe I have something to prove.”
