Volz told the club website: “When you play at home you have your changing room and the supporters behind you and that can make the difference.
“We do have to make sure we pick up results away from home because we really want to push on and become a top 10 team this year.
“In the central midfield role you really get involved in a lot of play and it worked out well on Monday night, especially with Browny next to me as his work rate is second to none.
“I still feel my best position is right back. You get injuries throughout the season and I help out wherever I can, we have to make the most of it.”
