Reports have suggested Gibson is ready to sell Boro, following their relegation.
Gibson insisted: “This is totally inaccurate – the club is not for sale.
“I am absolutely committed to Middlesbrough and I’m going to stay with the club.
“The fans can ignore this silly report. My sole focus is getting us back in the Premier League – and I think we can do it.”
