Redknapp’s side lost 4-2 to Bolton yesterday, and the Spurs boss believes that Defoe gives them a cutting edge up front that they have perhaps been missing, despite the form of Gareth Bale and Rafael van der Vaart.
“We have missed Defoe’s goals. I am sure he would have five or six already, which makes a massive difference. We miss the little fellow.”
